NASCA Fund Raisers
50/50 Drawings - tickets $1.00 each, can be purchased at each show. Of total amount collected at each show, 1/2 will go to NASCA and 1/2 to the winning ticket holder that is present at the time of the drawing at that particular show.
50/50 Drawing to be given away at the Climax Show. These tickets will also be available at each show, $1.00 each. All saddle clubs will donate $50 for a total of $500. NASCA will receive 1/2 of total collected, winning ticket will receive other 1/2. Guaranteed minimum win is $500.
Rule Changes:
Rule #18 under General Rules States:
When competing in any age specified class (Ex: Yearling Halter, Junior Horse Western Pleasure, etc.) exhibitor will be required to furnish to Point Secretary proof of Horse' age; if horse is non-registered, then a statement from a licensed veterinarian shall be accepted. This must be done prior to the horse being shown in order for points to be awarded.
In the past, the proof of age could be furnished anytime during the show season and the points would could for the entire year. This is not the case now, points will not count until the proof of age has been provided.
Gaited Trail Pleasure class at AOHA will be a keg shoe only class for 2008
